Wellness Wednesday – A New Year’s Resolution: Meditate

Make a New Year’s resolution to practice meditation. Science tell us that meditation is akin to brain rest which provides wonderful benefits such as increased attention, less mind wandering, better memory and less reactivity to stress. In this class, you will be guided through simple meditation practices that you can do at home to help make meditation a lasting resolution. No experience is necessary.
