Drawing as Meditation
Liz Ndoye has been teaching art for 40 years. She uses drawing as a form of meditation. The drawing exercises she will teach based on research by Betty Edwards in her book Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain will induce a deep feeling of relaxation and focus in the students in her workshop. Drawing will be a means by which participants will feel renewed and refreshed. All ages are welcome, no drawing ability required.
