The BookBike

The Hoboken Public Library BookBike is a traveling library, where you can sign up for a library card, check out and return books, use our free WiFi, and more!

This summer, the BookBike is going to visit Pier A, Elysian Park, Harborside Park, Southwest Park, 7th & Jackson Resiliency Park, and Shipyard Park (see the map at right) … or anywhere you want it to be! (Within Hoboken, of course.)   And in the fall, it might even show up at your school, to teach our youngest readers about all the great things that can be done at the Library.

If you’d like the BookBike to come to your community event, please let us know!  Give us at least two weeks’ notice, and we’ll do our best to add your event to our BookBike Tour.  Please email us, and we’ll be in touch.

By the way, the next time you see the BookBike, wave, take a picture, and send the picture to us! We’ll try to add your pic to our Facebook and Instagram pages … with a photo credit for you, of course!
