NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the representative of the Hoboken Public Library, City of Hoboken, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey on December 8, 2022 at 2:00 PM EST at Hoboken Public Library, 500 Park Avenue, Hoboken N.J. at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:

All bids shall be irrevocable, not subject to withdrawal and shall stand available for a period of sixty (60) days.
The Library reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to accept the bid from the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder.
Bidders are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 – 1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
